As entrepreneurs, we love the social aspect of our business. Sure we are often heads down, in the “code” or on our “grind”, but we are often thinking of the next liquid we are going to consume. Whether it’s coffee (sipping as we speak) or beer (dreaming of 5pm), we like it designed well, tasting good, and affordable.

Enter this weeks entrepreneur gift. Just in time for the holidays.

Sam Calagione, founder of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, and Ken Grossman, founder of Sierra Nevada, recently teamed up with Spiegelau, a German glassware company, to create the perfect vessel for India Pale Ale. Unlike straight-side pint glasses, the 19-ounce raw quartz glass is tapered, which helps direct aromatics directly into the nose, enhancing the olfactory experience and the beer’s overall taste. A triple-ridged base created CO2 bubbles that break out more aromatics.
